Antwon Tanner (Skills, One Tree Hill) surrendered to authorities in Brooklyn today and was subsequently indicted on charges of fraud in connection to trafficking illegal Social Security cards, reports the New York Post.

According to Buddy TV, this will likely lead Tanner, who turned 34 on Tuesday, to be fired from the show.

I had the opportunity to interview Tanner last spring and he was extremely sweet and genuine.  I am absolutely in shock.  But let’s remember: everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
